Kate graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2023 and completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Aberdeen in 2024. She qualified as a solicitor in May 2026 and practises in residential conveyancing.
Kate advises clients on a range of residential property matters, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and other property-related transactions. She supports clients throughout the conveyancing process, providing clear and practical advice and guiding them from initial instruction through to settlement. Kate takes a friendly and approachable approach, helping clients to understand each stage of the process and ensuring that their transactions progress as smoothly as possible.
